Exhibitors will have the opportunity to interact all attendees outside of regular conference hours. Please note that all Booth workers must register.

- Exhibitors will be provided an interim attendee list one week prior to the start of the PPIC (June 14, 2021)
- Updates will be provided as necessary based on additional attendee registration
- Conference registration and access to the virtual booths will remain open until June 17th.
- All PPIC sessions will be recorded and will be available for those that register after conference has concluded
Pricing and Content for One Virtual Booth
Multiple booths may be purchased to allow for additional online content. This is a great option to consider for different product lines or company divisions. You can select additional booths during registration.

Once registered, registration information will automatically be used to create and populate a basic booth site.
After registering, you will be sent a link that will take you to the IEEE Pulp and Paper Industries Virtual Conference. Use the link to access your booth to upload content and customize your space. In doing so you can better showcase your company and your products to attract more visitors to your booth. The following is highly recommended:
- Upload video and brochures about your company and products
- Schedule live info sessions (cannot be during conference technical sessions)
- Provide coupons, giveaways, raffles to generate more leads
Promotion of Conference
There will be regular announcements at the beginning and conclusion of conference sessions encouraging attendees to visit the virtual conference. The virtual conference site will make it easy for attendees to navigate to exhibitor booths.
Exhibitors can utilize the provided attendee list to engage directly to generate additional traffic.

Increase Company and Booth Visibility by Becoming an IEEE PPIC Supporter
Becoming a supporter of the 2021 Virtual Pulp and Paper Industries Conference is another way to reach attendees and draw more booth traffic. With a contribution of $500, supporters can provide a PowerPoint slide that will be included in a slide deck that will be shown prior to and following all conference sessions as well as during breaks and lunches.

The 2022 conference will attract hundreds of the most influential and forward-thinking professionals from the electrical community of the Pulp and Paper Industries.
Vendor contributions for event sponsorship are critical to the conference success. New Product Presentation (NPP) … $750

The same as previous conferences. Each NPP lasts ten minutes, and is available to the first seven or eight (actual number not yet determined) paid individual commitments. No questions on NPPs are allowed. Literature can be laid out in the rear of the room. The Tri-fold will determine the scheduled times. A copy of last year’s Tri-Fold is on the Conference website.

Credit card payment through the website is greatly preferred!! Please contact us for payment by check.
Thank you for considering sponsorship for this year’s conference. Your response before April 30th, 2021 will assure your company’s logo on event signage (please forward us your high-quality logo!). Upon payment of fees, Sponsorship notification and company logo/links will be put on the PPIC website, depending upon Sponsorship level.
