2017 PPFIC CONFERENCE EXHIBITS

PPIC welcomes sponsors to our conference!   Please review the information below.

Sponsors are invited to participate with table top exhibits in the Exhibit Hall during our Conference Monday through Wednesday. The exhibit area will be conveniently located adjacent to the Technical Conference sessions to maximize attendance in the exhibit area.  Our committee is committed to insure our exhibitors are considered an important part of our technical conference.  Exhibitor space is sold on a First Come, First Sold Basis.  Click here for Sponsorship Letter

The Pulp, Paper and Forest Products Conference values sponsors and provides multiple opportunities to promote your company, sponsor events, and exhibit at the Conference. Sponsorship amounts are scalable amounts that allow any size organization to achieve a level of recognition at the Conference. Sponsorship opportunities below include specific events during the Conference and rewards an organization with website exposure, signage, and announcements of your patronage.

New Product Presentations (NPP) are presented during the technical sessions are available for purchase, one per company.  An NPP is a ten minute commercial presentation to allow your company to inform the conference participants of a new product, service or industry topic.  There are a limited number of NPP’s available on a first come first serve basis.  An NPP is available for purchase on the Sponsorship registration page.

NOTE: Exhibit booth sponsorships do NOT include any conference registration(s).  Booth worker(s) must purchase a full conference registration separately..

Booths are 8′ x 10′ pipe & drape, with draped table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, & 44″ nametag.
Be sure to advise me what name you want on the nametag.
All displays must be fully contained within the booth.
All vendor personnel participating in the vendor’s exhibit space must register for the Conference.
Vendor personnel attending for less than the entire Conference may share their registration badge with
their replacement.

The hotel can not handle large shipments. The hotel can supply 115vac for a fee.

Please arrange all shipments to arrive no more than a few days before the Conference, say 6/11.

Booth setup is Sunday afternoon, ready by Monday am. Teardown is Wednesday afternoon after the afternoon break.

In order to market your company capabilities, please consider the following levels for sponsorship:

Supporter Level                                             $500 and above
Company logo displayed at the Vendor Conference Reception.

Sponsor Level                                                $1,000 and above
– Supporter level benefits above
– Plus recognition on the Conference Website
– Updates to registration lists

Patron Level                                                   $1,500 and above
– Sponsor level benefits above
– Plus opportunity to place an active website link on the Conference Website
– Opportunity to place literature at sponsored events.

Benefactor Level                                           $2,000 and above
– Patron level benefits above
– Plus greeters at sponsored event(s)

Principal Benefactor Level                           $2,500 and above
– Benefactor level benefits above
– Plus opportunity to present commercial information at sponsored event.

New Product Presentation  (NPP)               $750
– Same as previous conferences
– Each session lasts ten minutes
– Available to the first paid individual commitments.

Exhibit Booth                                                   $750
– Requires minimum purchase of one Full Conference Registration
– Twenty-four (24) 8′ X 10′ booths – availability based upon payment date

Your response before May 1, 2017 will assure your company logo on event signage.
Upon payment of fees, Sponsorship notification and company logo/links can be put on the website.
